Description
Germany immediately after having annexed Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, most of Cisleithania (the Austrian part of Austria-Hungary), and a slice of Hungary alongside a revived Polish state comprising the former Congress Poland, Austrian Galicia, and the Bialystok Department. This is just an incomplete conceptual circa post-WW1 idea.
Lithuania is independent from Russia but I'm not sure about the border between it and Poland yet (the Lithuanians in between the Memel and East Prussia probably aren't happy, but most of the Poles in the Vilnius corridor (including in Grodno) are safe from Russia inside German-controlled Lithuania). Livonia and Finland are also independent and Romania has Bessarabia (and Bukovina). Hungary is still intact and Croatia has Bosnia and Dalmatia.
Prussia and Poland might (or might not) be in personal union, but Poland definitely isn't part of Germany. Poland really wants bits of Silesia, Posen, and access to the sea, and the Ukrainians in East Galicia don't like Polish rule. The Czechs don't much care for German rule, and Hungary is still a multi-ethnic mess.
Yes, I'm not an idiot, I'm very aware of the likely ramifications of this unlikely alternate history scenario, I simply happen to really like the borders. Please give your thoughts.

I know that this is an incomplete conceptual idea from the period after World War 1 when Germany won but in my opinion if Germany won Poland would not exist because Prussia did not like Poles very much or Poland would be divided into the Duchy of Warsaw controlled by the Germans and Galicia ruled by the Ukrainian majority or Poland was absorbed into the German Empire.
